According to The New York Times, the "richest 1 percent (1%)  in the United States now own more wealth than the bottom 90 percent." The arbiters accumulated this wealth through oppression of ethnic groups they call subservient. Cultural appropriation typically involves members of a dominant group exploiting the culture of less privileged groups — often with little understanding of the latter’s history, experience and traditions. We are the culture, we are the spirit, we are the innovation. We are the One Percent.
